Staff are friendly to everybody, french and english speaking for tourists as well so it almost feels like you are having meal at your good friend’s. Chef is not too far away from you! Let’s say hi! It was shocking that it only take a few staff to run a decent place like this which it might prove effective operations, menu is not complicated but you can tell they put effort in every single dish. Will definitely come back to L’amphore if we are around Évian-les-Bains! ”
